Life, travel, and autoimmune!

Living life with a debilitating disease isn't always easy. I live for the good days and rest on the bad days. Sometimes there is payback for fun, but it's worth it. 

Ralph and I are on an amazing adventure. We’d like to share them with you. There are tricks and tips that I use to make travel easier. I cruise, fly, camp and enjoy life.

Autoimmune diseases such as Meniere's and Lichen Sclerosis are two issues that I deal with. I will discuss the good days and the bad days.
